My role as a leadership coach is to help you explore these inner landscapes in service of outward impact.

I integrate leadership coaching with psychological frameworks and theory to create meaningful, lasting change. This means going beyond surface-level strategies to understand what drives your behaviour, what holds you back, and what allows you to lead with clarity and compassion.

Whether you’re grappling with imposter syndrome, relational tensions, or complex decisions that feel emotionally weighted, we make space to explore with intention and care.

I work with leaders who are ready to challenge themselves, not just for their organisations, but for own growth. Together, we examine how your story intersects with your leadership, and develop practical, intelligent strategies to foster confident, connected, and courageous action.

What does our coaching journey look like?

    Frequency

    Your coaching rhythm adapts to your pace and priorities. Most clients prefer monthly sessions typically lasting between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the depth of work we’re exploring together.

    Format

    Sessions can take place in-person or virtually, depending on our availability and location.

    Session Structure

    Every coaching experience is tailored to you but here’s how the journey often unfolds:

    Early sessions: Clarify goals, explore values and understand leadership style.

    Midway: Reflect, ‘lightbulb moments’, challenge assumptions and plan actions.

    Later sessions: Review progress, refine strategies and embed lasting change.

    Between sessions, you may receive additional resources, reflective exercises, check-ins to help you stay on track and maintain momentum.
